The T.A.C. Company enables you to control and manage your building management setup. You can supervise the air conditioning, plumbing systems, generator, machine rooms and electricity panels from a single control center.
The controllers are connected on a fast communications network. They include universal input boards and analog or digital output boards. The specifically designed building management system (DDC) is automatic and modular. The system is installed through the whole site and is integrated via the control boards, which are connected over a communication network to a command and control center. The command computer permanently reads data from various controllers and sensors, identifies the different operational states and carries out various control operations (activations, shut downs, alarm, etc.) according to control software definitions and pre-determined scenarios.
The application database contains schedules, functions (mathematical, logical and control). The software enables to run in parallel several control applications and share data among applications.
